People In Need, an international Czech-based relief and development organization, is seeking a project manager-institutional development analyst for a short term project titled Empowering Chamber of Commerce in Iraqi Kurdistan.

The suitable candidate has qualifications:

Required:

? Advanced university degree in business, economics or relevant field
? Fluent English and knowledge of Arabic
? Analytical skills
? Excellent writing and communication skills
? Ability to travel to and stay in Iraqi Kurdistan for three months
? Project management experience
Desirable:
? Previous experience in institutional development
? Experience working with institutes such as Chamber of commerce
