Práce a život v Británii – jižní Wales

Ahoj všem,

Práci nenabízím, ani cestovního parťáka nehledám, jen se tu chci podělit o tip na zajímavou oblast kam zrovna příliš mnoho lidiček za výdělkem nevyráží, sám už tu jsem 9 let.

Pokud by to náhodou třeba někoho inspirovalo, právě se nám na domku uvolnil malý pokojík :-). Obrázky domu a okolí mohu zaslat po mailu. Nehledáme studenta co si jede krátkodobě na pár měsíců přivydělat, ani nikoho se slabou Angličtinou. Hodil by se samostatný nekuřá/k/čka, který se dokáže sám o sebe postarat a sám si najít práci, kterému nebude vadit třeba i pár kilometrů dojíždět (nebo to dokonce na kole i uvítá), a který je spíš do outdooru, tudíž dokáže zužitkovat výhody (pro jiného nedostatky) bydlení na větší vesnici, poměrně daleko od velkých měst, ale zato blízko do kopců, lesů a k moři.

A small, but cosy single room (3.0m x 2.1m) available – fully furnished with bed, large wardrobe and a night table. Rent for the room is L195/month (all bills included), deposit L100. Maximum number of people in the house is 4, including landlord who also lives in the property and keeps an eye on troublefree running of the house.

The house is a quiet, relaxed and comfortable home in a modern residential area (built in 2007), located in Pyle, Bridgend. Easy access to the seafront at Porthcawl, also close to the M4 for travel to Cardiff and Swansea. The housing estate sits on the edge of Kenfig nature reserve sand dunes, also near to Margam Park. Large garage available for storage. When the house was bought by its current owner a year ago, all rooms were redecorated – new painting, carpets, furniture.

All amenities available within 2km vicinity – ASDA superstore, train station, jobcentre, library, swimming pool,….

Although there is a large industrial zone here, do not expect to find a job in Pyle immediately – daily commuting to Bridgend (9km) is much more likely. Also do not expect any wild night life here. Compared with big cities, this is rather quiet place, that might not be to everyone‘s taste. A visit of the village, and a chat with the landlord, is a must before relocation.

This is an ideal location for those who love great outdoors – cycling (on road, off road), mountain biking (Afan forest park 12km), hiking (vast areas of forests and hills around), caving (N.P. Brecon Beacons 30km), adventurous water sports (surfing, kitesurfing, coasteering,… – Porthcawl 6km), wild camping, wild food foraging (blueberries, strawberries, seafood,…),…

An ideal housemate we are looking for – tidy quiet nonsmoker, professional, with good level of spoken English. Someone who can appreciate living close to nature, far from big cities.
